Refund and cancelation conditions – Heating Expert

At Heating Expert, we are committed to providing quality heating solutions and exceptional customer service. We know that plans can change. For this reason, we have established the following Refund and cancelation policies to ensure a smooth process for our customers.

1. Cancelation Policy

✔ Service Appointments – If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancelation fees.
✔ Same Day Cancelations – Cancelations made on the same day of the appointment may be subject to a cancelation fee to cover the cost of the technician.
✔ Emergency Services – Emergency repair or installation requests cannot be canceled once a technician has been dispatched.

2. Refund Policy

✔ Service Charges – Payments for services rendered are non-refundable, except for defects in workmanship covered by our warranty.
✔ Returning products – If you have purchased heaters or parts from us, you may return them within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
✔ Defective products – If a product proves to be defective, we will offer you a replacement or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

3. Rescheduling policy

✔ You can reschedule your service appointment at no additional cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
✔ Rescheduling within less than 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.
